Email subscription help.
Waiting for your confirmation email?
Look for “Confirm your GTR subscription” from info.greenthinking@sheltagroup.com. Check your spam, junk or promotions folder. Your subscription starts after you click “Confirm my subscription” in that email.
If you entered the wrong address, return to the signup form. If the email is still missing, contact us from the address you used to subscribe.
Change your details or stop emails
Open any GTR email and use “Update your profile” or “Unsubscribe” at the bottom. You do not need a GTR password.
Cannot find an email or access the old address? Contact us for help. A change of email address may require confirmation of the new address.
